Misuse of power by lawyer

(Querist) 17 December 2014 This query is : Resolved
One person is made victim by a junior lawyer.

The lawyer is harrasing and complaining, filing case in lok adalats, complaining in govt. departments against neighbours unnecessarily as if he has no work.
These for no actual issues.

Please suggest if I can make verbal complaint to state or indian bar council, to law minister.
Can some justice make him understand about his envious behavior?

How a warning can be given to him.

Not Only advocate any one Can Complain and File Cases with Lok adalat and Govt departments basing on the Incidents and Situations. You should only handle it Legally by Consulting Your Side Advocate.Other Efforts will not help you in any Way.

Bar council or any other organisation would not proceed in absence of any complaint lodged in due procedure. If no actionable proof present, no action can be taken on the complaint.

whether there is any substance or not in complaints will be decided by adjudicating authorities. no action would be taken by bar council on your complaint

Nobody will entertain verbal complaints. Bar Council is of no help unless the complaint relates to breach of professional ethics. Some people are nuisance value in the society. You will have to bear with them if there is no alternative to avoid such people. Time will come that all you people together can teach a lesson to him.

If you so interested to waste your time also as he is wasting his time, come with a specific issue, so that experts can guide you.

Dear Expert Mr.Malpeddi JaggaRao You have Stated that " Some people are Nuisance Value in The Society" About Advocates with out Really Knowing the Real Facts and Simply Basing On Statements of Author/querist.I Advise that statement to be withdrawn.
malipeddi jaggarao (Expert) 20 December 2014
@Mr.Rajkumar - my comment is not about the advocate the author referred in the post. It is a general comment. All replies in this portal are being given believing the contents posted by the authors are prima facie true. You cannot command your colleague expert to withdraw the comments that too without any reason. Better you stop interfering in others work. If you can help the needy, you help, otherwise keep quiet. My advice to the author is perfectly alright. You need not worry for no reason my dear.

Till now I have not posted anything of this sort as I respect all my colleague experts and I feel that it is a learning process to join with them. But today you made to break my principle. Thanks.

When ever i visit here i find that experts quarrel here interse for no good reason and it pains me.

Every body opines as he gathers from a query,
as he understands the facts stated by authors.

To state that ' Some people are nuisance value in the society.'should be taken as passing remarks on the people in society fond of filing frivolous cases, here the one that comes from legal profession.

True that Mr.malipeddi jaggarao is not a lawyer by profession, but we should not mean that he intentionally under score people in legal profession.

And it is also true that law profession though noble, yet there are people in the profession who are not caring about its'' nobleness.

When I talk of degradation i find it every where and that is because of the corrupt practices of political leadership that India had to bear in past.

Hope a moral is built among people to act for country and not for their personal interest.

And here let everybody say what he wants to say as he would say what he understands, may be rightly or wrongly.

Even I find nothing wrong in the remarks or opinion made bu expert Mr. Malipeddi Jagga Rao. He has given his opinion to the author's query about the person who is reportedly creating nuisance to the public in general and to his neighbor in particular. So there is nothing adverse in it nor he has averred them on any individual advocate. I agree to the further opinion in this regard made by expert Mr. Prabakar Singh.
Mr Mahe (Querist) 24 December 2014
There should be some way out for dealing with such people who is coincidently an advocate.
Why nothing can be done? Just becoz he is an advocate.

This advocate files petty complaint in govt. department, induces them to issue notice.
With this notice goes further to file a complaint in court (saying no action taken by both govt. dept. people and for whom complaint has been made.)

If you are aggrieved by his acts then lodge complaint in Bar Council.
Venting ire against him in LCI would not yield any result.
