Hello sir/madam, I got married in 2012, who cheated us showing fake study certificate, visa , payslips. When our family and elders spoke to them they demanded for additional dowry stating that they would have got more dowry if he got married to somebody else. We came for settlement and they returned partial amount took from us and said that they will pay the remaining after getting divorce. We applied for mutual divorce but it got dismissed as the period after marriage is less than 12months.I applied for divorce under 13 1 ia . The summons are sent to him five times till now. Recently I came to know that he went to abroad. I filed a private complaint against him and his family. He got warrant as he isn't attending for call on. What happens if the warrant is issued through British embassy? Can the case be further processed without his presence? Can he recall the warrant with out attending the Court? Is there any possible way to get him back? Is it possible to get him if I lodge a complaint in NCW and British embassy with all documents? I Dont know his address in abroad. For how many summons the family court will issue the substitute service? How long it takes for the judgement in this private complaint case? Please suggest the procedure followed in private complaint case and divorce case as well?
