Hi Dear Experts & Advocates,
Below Last time Cases which was compromised
1. 498(A) 2001 – compromised 2002 after 1 year
2. Maintenance case in Family court 2004 –compromised 2004 after 4-5 months
Below Current cases going front of JMFC
1. 452, 323, 324, 506, 43(Jan/2013)
2. Private Complain 420(Feb/2013)
3. 452, 323, 324, 506, 43(Apr/2013)
4. 294(Mar/2013)
5. 354 (A) (S),452 (Sep/2013)–On my brother got B Final Report to court through police
Other than this there are many NC on me & FIR on other people, my wife just useless & habitual of filing FIR and I’m looking permanent remedy, if any

You have to defend your self in the cases against you till some law comes against misuse of law by wives in general.

Sir Dr J C Vashista,
Last time I asked about Delay tactics in court and after a speedy trial application court taken statement and Advocate also taken CROSS, but in one matter(452, 323, 324, 506, 43(Jan/2013)) still 3 matter is pending just queries to know any short cut is there ... after one case is final.
Sorry to Say, Why Govt so lazy, how many losing their jobs and how many families are losing their hard earned respect and name, how many women’s are getting unnessary PCR’s and arrest mostly sister,mother they are not women or what
THIS IS A BIG QUESTION LAW SHOULD BE ALTERED, In Way that culprits should get punishment without gender difference

In such cases strategic legal planning was necessary considering all pros and cons. For such purpose Senior Counsel's advises were needed, off course, bearing burden of heavy fees of senior which normally litigants try to avoid for saving money resulting in such maladies appears or happens.
