Loan related..

Dear expert,
If a co. takes a loan of Rs 10 crores, there are 11 directors..can each of the directors pay the emi equally or else pvt ltd co have to pay.. ?

What is your problem and how you are related to the query?
Company is a separate legal entity hence taking loan and repayment both should be in the name of the company only.
