Non practicing advocate rights and duties

hi all,
i am a non practicing advocate since i am working in a private firm. i want to know boundaries of my rights and duties as a non practicing advocate.

Your duties and responsibilities, as an employee of your organisation, are restricted to those prescribed by your own organisation.

It is your duty to inform the Bar Council and voluntary get suspension.

Once you come for practice you can revoke your suspension by simply giving a letter to the bar council.

Surrender your lawyer certificate till you are in service and serve your employer as per your appointment letter/instructions issued to you accordingly.
