If child visitation order is not followed by wife, you can move to high court.
You can challenge order of maintenance as well.

you have wasted 2 years by filing for RCR . you should have actually filed for divorce if your wife does not want to stay with you .

pay maintenance amount awarded by court . Rs 8,000 maintenance is reasonable amount .
if wife refuses to grant you child visitation rights as awarded by court take out contempt of court proceedings against her

Well advised by experts on the subject issue. It is better to think about withdrawing the RCR case and file a divorce case against her owing to her intentions to not to join anytime in the future.

You can file the divorce case from this place too since you are currently residing in this place for the past 1.5 years or more.
