pls let me know abt the consent letter for redevelopment of CHS.
our CHS want's to go for redevelopment, kindly provide me a sample copy of consent letter in details.

under Section 79(A) of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960 issued to all the Co-operative Housing Societies in the State of Maharashtra regarding redevelopment of buildings of Co-operative Housing Societies as contained in their circular no. CHS 2007/CR554/14-C dated 3rd January 2009,

we dont provide any sample copies .the society has to call for AGM wherein issue of redevrlopment has to be placed on Agenda . if more than 70%members present and voting agree society can proceed with redevelopment
