Inter-caste marriage

My brother wants to get married to a Christian who is a widow with 2 children. It's the first marriage of my brother.

I have following queries. Grateful, if any of you legal experts can help me in this:

1.What is the procedure for him to get married?
2.What are the possible expenses attached to their marriage?
3.Are there any benefits attached to the couple or individually to the to-be husband/wife provided by the Indian Govt.?

apply for marriage under special marriage act with the help of a lawyer.
Possible expenses is depend on your lawyer fee.
yes its depend on state govt

you can get married under [provisions of special marriage act . we cannot say what would be the marriage expenses for wedding
