My wife working in an private CBSE school as senior secondary school teacher . it is run by a trust named chinmaya vidyalaya. Here in this school there are about 50 teachers and 12 non-teaching members. The school is run by a swami of this trust and he stays 20 km apart . The office manger who is only 7 pass hold this office. No teachers in this school was issued with salary slips . Their salary comes in bank which is selected by school authorities itself. The principal of this school was been briefed twice by teachers for non issue of salary slip . Office manger fools teachers by showing salary scale of state government teachers. Different teachers get different payment of same length of service or experience.When asked by teachers for their scale office manger dont say proper answer and threatening them .There was a court verdict /directive for payment of salary(attached here along) My wife or other teachers dont want to file case as it will affect future . How can this to be sorted it out , ( attached a word file along )

dear sier teachers are the only labour force where only highly educated are inducted and they teach moral values to the childeren whiich include not to tell lie and not to bow to injustice.
ion private schools the same teachers accept low salaries and pay tax on higher salaries. Further low rate of PF (or no PF) and bear injustice and sign false salary bills.
Yet never protest.

iF YOU WANT TO FIGHT AVENUES ARE THERE.
This 7th class pass might be having a CA at the back who will be submitting return to the Income tax (F/24) wherein salary (as per Govt scale) will be mentioned along with PAN No. While no tax is deducted (you indicated nothing about the tax)all teachers are tax defaulters can will face fine and imprisonment.
You have commented nothing about provident fund dues. RPFC can act without any specific complaint and can cause suo-motto inspection of the school funds.
The return submitted about salary being paid can be collected under RTI from CBSE or DEO office,

As the monthly salary is deposited in the respective bank accounts of the staff, there is no need to get separate salary slip. Your bank entry is more than a salary slip.
As the school is unaided, there is no direct hold of State over such schools and one has to bow to the terms and conditions defined by the management and any employee is not agreeing to the interpretation, better to move away instead of waging war otherwise ultimate sufferer remains employee.

Teaching is the only profession where experience in private sector is counted towards experience in Govt sector as far as direct Govt employment is concerned. So these teachers for the sake of experience keep serving on low wages and paying IT for higher wages.
After some years when they have realised their compatibility in Govt they get reconciled to fate.

You have not indicated when salary comes in bank then how they are paid less.

I never like to disagree with Mr Makkar.
Bank statement is no substitute of salary slip. Bank satement shows what ispaid and salary slip shows why it is paid. Salry slip gives each head of payment and deduction and this wy employee can see how much part of payment is taxable and how much non-taxable and how mujch qualifies for PF.

@ No doubt, salary slip contains various heads but in the given case, the relationship of employee and employer is denied hence at least bank statement can establish such relationship. When employer is reluctant to issue salary slip, the employee is at the advantage to establish such relationship.
