My query is little mixed with family dispute and property dispute. We own a large built up property in Vile Parle District, Mumbai. The property has been in dispute since 1954. The tenants that were staying in the property started to claim the property as their own. Due to which they started to construct additional floor and we had to have the same demolished with the assistance of the BMC. Now, my uncle who was handling the case, is not in talking terms with my family. He is not willing to share any updates or details regarding the property case and the court situation in matters. (The tenants have left the premises and have taken houses in another location).

Is there any way we can find the details and the court case verdict (If its still ongoing?) with just the property details ?

you will have to take search in local court wherein your case is pending

You cannot fine the case just with the details of the property rather you require the title of the case. There is computerization of the cases these days and it is now easy to trace out the case.
