Urgent advice

Helo experts,

Hope you all are doing good..

i want to know that if file a case for temporary and permannet injunction and court dismiss it, dont order injunction, then what is the remedy?

also if one party gets injuction against us then what second party can do?
appeal or revison against injunction order?

if your application for interim reliefs is dismissed you can file appeal against impugned order

we filed suit asking for temp and permanent injunction to which judge said no injunction can be granted , hence dismissed.

now what we can do,pls guide..

File an appeal before the appellate court. Pl. consult an advocate of your locality; he'll guide you.
