can a arbitraor pass an interim award for payment of cost of arbitration?

arbitrator HAS POWER TO GRANT INTERIM AWARD.

Under Section 2(c) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 an arbitral award also includes an interim award.

Before the final award the arbitral tribunal may make an interim award. It can be given for admitted claims.
