Divorce under mental cruelity

(Querist) 03 June 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hi,
I have been recently acquitted from 498a case which my wife filed on me.
judge observed followings

1.My wife did not recognize Mauser and was declared hostile but again got the chance under 311.
2.She could not furnish evidences and did everything to throw my parents out and case is false.
3.Her mother told the judge that I have option to chose her or my parents. So judge observed that the case is totally fake.

So, I would like to know whether I would get divorce from her or not. The trial court did not give me divorce and I had to go to high court where the case is pending.

If the same is held in the judgment, then there is a perfect ground for divorce.
