Dear Sir,

When Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 classified as Non- Bailable? Kindly support your answer with reference pertaining to "w.e.f." ???

Experts rightly stated that 324 is a bailable , however you need to understand the stage like if police registered under 324 IPC then it is Bailable but its depend if court has added some more NBW section keeping in view of the complaint.More to t if accused has not appeared and to secure appearance of accused Court can issue NBW... etc etc
hence its depend on the merit , material and circumstances of each case.
