Dv act and relation with another one.

Experts, I wanna know, what consequences can be there in DV act and relation with another one. This is abt one of my close one, got married in Dec 2006. His wife has complained against him saying he is in relation with another girl and due to the same he is teasing and beating her, where its no true, my friend is very hard in loosing temper, very calm and gentle person where his wife is very quarrelsome and abusive. and become physical with mother or his husband threatening she will sue a case against them. Where my frnd helped his wife
in completing her education with graduation and B.ED. after marriage. But may be he has been in relation with another girl. His wife has blamed his parents as well for dowry and domestic violence but thats not true again.

1.Chances of proving the relation with another one.
2.Demand for Dowry.
3.Property where nothing in his name.

Try to resolve the matter amicably. Laws are in favour of woman and your friend may have to face brunt of it even if his wife is at fault.

well cause of wife anger is his extra marital affair . break off the relation ship . suggest to wife that both visit marriage counselor . litigation is counterproductive . resolve issue amicably
