Interim order

dear expert ,

My friends wife file a petition for maintenance against him under Hindu adoption and maintenance act and in the same petition interim order has been passed Rs 6000 maintenance per month passed but my friend is not satisfied with the order he wants to fight against the order where he can file any case and what is the procedure .

contact a local lawyer and go in appeal against said order . he would guide you as to court wherein it should be filed

If not satisfied by the order, appeal can be filed.

File Revision against such order.

if the order is interim order then revision lies and not appeal.
