If the adutltery is proved both of you are sure of punishments.If not voters ID there should be some other proofs.A CRIMINAL DEFINITELY WOULD LEAVE HIS VISITING CARD.Better leave him to his wife alone

your telegraphic language gives following impression :-
(I) you married (or started living) with a man with living spouse.
(II) you created evidence (voter card) of being his wife?
(iii) The evidence is within knowledge of his lawful wife.
(iv) There is a bigamy case against you.
(v) there is DV case (not know by whom against whom)
Please confirm if this is true.

no no m staying with him he is my friend from last 10 years nd his wife demanding 90 lakhs but my friend dont have.........
his wife stays in delhi nd dv case is running in court v are living together some property (2flats ,some land plots ) he has registered on my name his family loves me nd staying wid us his sister is my classmate..........they love me nd they have no problem with us i know its against law but her wife demanding so much nd 498,125......all happend nd my friend paying maintainence.......now they registerd my name in voter list nd planning to registered in rashan card........should i move application in public office .......his adovate not suggesting anything.....plzzz suggest .plzzz

only votar Id can not prove that you are his wife, you are live with him as livein relation, the biogamy case will not be win, if you have capable advocate then this case may be dismissed.

bigamy allegations have to be proved . it has to be proved that during subsistence of first marriage husband remarried . need witnesses , wedding photographs , invitation card etc. mere entry in voter crd is not sufficient

Though bigamy is difficult to be proved, you have to accept the fact that you have shared his wife's bed with him (?)The best option is that he files a divorce case against his wife on the grounds of cruelty which would fetch him a respite, also please do not rush to create any more records of your living together with him other than what is existing to avoid more embarrassments that may follow suit in this connection.

Why divorce against his wife on the grounds of cruelty?
Asking hefty amount to leave her husband, that too when he is capable to pay is not cruelty.
I sincerely feel that this site is not meant to assist people are violate/twist the rules and act immorally. When the man is having wife where is the question of living-in relationship in India? Under what provisions? It is totally illegal act though the man's family members support it. If this lady and that man so desire, the man should give divorce to the first lady and marry this lady and if they do not require marriage, then they can start living-in relationship or whatsoever.

Live in relationship already exist.
Ration card or voter's list and other doc will have no problem. It only establish LIR, not marriage.
I SAY
wedding photographs , invitation card etc. mere entry in voter crd is not sufficient.
EVEN IF YOU MARRY, IT IS NO LEGAL MARRIAGE AT ALL: SO NO LEGAL PUNISHMENT AT ALL.
YOU CAN HAVE CHILDREN TOO. [ SC says, parents can be illegal, not children, so such children inherit father's property too.

In Adultery the Lady could escape but the man would be punished.A good advocate could change the LIR to FIR by framing as prostitution.
