As you have to earn a lot of profit out of your business, it shall be good on your part to incur some amount over the specific services of a legal expert of your area instead of availing this free service.

When you say you have two years experience in the field you should know the formalities also.First you check with the immigration office any authorisation formalities are there as such. Then you confirm with the organisations in which you are going to get the admissions for the students whether they would provide any recognitions or eligiblity for you to procure admissions on their behalf. Then decide your organisation is going to be sole proprietor or partnership or pvt.ltd or trust and complete the formalities accordingly and simultaneuosly obtain a pan card for the same.
