About calculation of court fees much depends
on allegations made in plaint.
Provisions would be found in section 34 of Andhra Pradesh Court fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1956 .Fixed court fee is prescribed in cases plaintiff claims joint
possession and in cases plaintiff pleads out of possession then court fees would payable
according to value of property.

You need to change your lawyer and re-calculate the proper court fee as per contents of the plaint.
