Who will implement sdm's stay order on sale of ancestral property

(Querist) 09 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
We are five brothers with ancestral property(agricultural land) undivided against our name. Our father died way back in 2003. As one of my brother is in habit of selling the land of his own choice now and then so I filed a suit under sec 176 of UPZ & LR act for partition and also got stay over whole land for status quo and sale during the pendency of the suit through SDO's court (Assistant Collector first class appointed under revenue code) who has got the original jurisdiction to dispose off the suit under schedule1 of UPZ&LR act). Although other four brothers came to know about the stay order for status quo and sale of land through the police station where I submitted an application with the attested copy of SDO's order but the registrar office is denying to implement the SDO's court order.
What is the remedy:
(a) to implement the SDO's order through registrar office.
(b) if other brothers succeeded in registering the land to someone else during the pendency of the case.
