Pcr case

(Querist) 09 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
Good evening learned members.
HAPPY Ganesha CHATURTHI to all the members
A case was registered against an institution against the manger and the recovery officer U/S 420 of IPC. Now the recovery officer has left the said institution and joined another institution.
NOW WHT I WANT TO Clarify IS:
1) will the court executed the proceeding against the previous recovery officer as mentioned in the cause title and who is aware of the fully detail as mentioned in the complaint or a new person who is now appointed in the place of previous recovery officer?
2)against whom the court will proceed into the case .whether the previous person (recovery officer) or the present recovery officer?

3) once the court has ordered for a police investigation and a police report in such case, will the accused will be arrested during the investigation for a case filed U/S 200 OF CRPC
thank you

you are advocate.

criminal case is always filed againt Mr ___. s/o _________ , r/o________________ age ______ cast _________.

the criminal liability cannot extinguish by simply resigning.

so it is difficult to understand the following question

"will the court executed the proceeding against the previous recovery officer as mentioned in the cause title and who is aware of the fully detail as mentioned in the complaint or a new person who is now appointed in the place of previous recovery officer?"
