my salary not clear june 2013, i am received relising letter or experience letter, my working time more than 6 years, this company have okhla based & printing house,
please give me solution

You should do personal efforts on telephone and by personal visits. Send registered letter to them for your claim. If no effect, send legal notice

The company should be covered by:
The Delhi Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, which is s employee friendly.
And must have displayed its registration certificate near entrance on notice board.
The company has issued relieving letter. The relieving letter signifies that employee has been properly relieved and nothing is due against employee.
You have not clarified the FNF statement is supplied to you or not for the acceptance of its correctness by you, Form 16 as per correct FNF statement, PF a/c slips and salary slips of all years during full tenure of service………….. .
Are you aware that why FNF statement is not issued by the company?
You may narrate all representations made so far ( in person, by email, by phone by letter and mention phone numbers, dates, names of officials of the company with brief minutes) by letter addressed to god offices of appointing authority, MD, Company Secretary etc thru redg. post and request to supply you all pending docs , payment of FNF dues by bank DD only thru redg. post only so as to each you in say next…………..15 days. You may mention that a postage prepaid self addressed envelope is attached for sending the redg. post to you at your address which is already in company records.
If the good offices also do not provide any relief you may approach your lawyer with copies of all docs on record and proceed under expert advice of your lawyer.
