With the evidence of charge sheet(crpc 173) can we appy for quash petition.

IPC SEC 498(A),506,SEC 4 OF DP ACT CASE WAS REGISTERED AGAINST THE ACCUSED PERSONS(i.e A1,A2,A3,A4 and A5).A3,A4 ARE THE SISTER-IN-LAWS OF THE COMPLAINANT.ACCORDING TO CRPC 173 THE FINAL CHARGE SHEET HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE HON'BLE COURT,IN THIS CHARGE SHEET A1,A2 ARE CHARGED.A3 TO A4 ARE DELETED THAT THE REASONS STATED AS A3 TO A5 ARE NO WAY CONCERNED WITH THE COMPLAINANT FAMILY .
BUT AGAIN THE COMPLAINANT ILL-INTENTIONALLY FILED DVC AGAINST A1 TO A5.
DVC CASE PRESENT STATUS IS APPEARANCE STAGE ONLY.
WITH THE EVIDENCE OF FINAL CHARGE SHEET CAN WE FILE QUASH PETITION (CRPC 482)BEFORE THE HON'BLE HIGH COURT TO DELETE THE NAMES OF A3 TO A5 IN DVC CASE?
AT THE APPEARANCE STAGE WHETHER THE QUASH PETITION IS ALLOWED IN THE HON'BLE HIGH COURT OR NOT?
PLS EXPLAIN AND GIVE ME SUGGESTION SIR.

DVC is separate case.
The discharge of few accused persons in 498A case has nothing to do with the DVC case.

it is not a strong evidence for quashing, it will be better to file a discharge application before Lower Court.

This is not a fit case for the discharge rather you are required to defend the same vigorously and effectively.
