Registration of sale deed

Can a sale deed of a immovable property situated in one district be registered in another district of Uttar Pradesh.

Check with local lawyer whether same is possible in UP as well or not.

The rules and regulations are different in every state,so we have to inquire and do needful.

However, in present scenario when every registration is possible online in the state,it should be done anywhere in one state at-least.

The district where immovable property is situated has the only jurisdiction to register SALE DEED

The Transfer of Property Act allows the registration in different district. However, states have passed various amendments to this rule.

Better check with a local advocate.
