Dear Sir/Madam,
My name Feroz Khan, recently i got married with a Hindu Bride and it is a love Marriage, marriage was done under Hindu Law (Telugu). Now i want to convert and change my name into Hindu. Please Advise

Dear Mr.Feroz,
I don't think you did anything wrong by going for an inter religion marriage.You got married under Hindu Marriage Act,and not Hindu Law.There is no such Hindu Law.
Have you analysed the complications post marriage.Would elders of your religion accept the marriage? vice versa with your wife.There is no specific system for conversion into Hinduism.You can change your name if you desire,by giving a gazzette publication.
Anyway best wishes for a happy married life,without any future complications and both of you have have to face them.

hinduism accepts all religions . .
One who wants to convert to Hinduism can approach AryaSamajTemple, make a written application along with an affidavit stating that he/she is agreeing for the conversion based on his/her free will, along with proof of age and residence signed by the applicant along with 2 witnesses.

But you have already married a Hindu without being yourself Hindu without conversion. If the marriage is not as per Spl marriage Act then it is void. You subsequent conversion may not validate marriage. It has to be solemnized against which Arya Samaj does at low price.
There is no other way to convert to Hindusim except Arya Samaj Temple.

1.Your present marriage is not legal. As at the time of performance of marriage, you were not a Hindu.
2. The name and religion can be changed by undergoing "Shuddhikaran" performed by many temples and all.
3. Better get remarried to the same woman after change of religion or get your marriage registered under Special Marriage Act.

As you have performed your marriage according to Hindu rites and ceremonies, you got converted immediately at the time of marriage, Now you get a Hindu name and enjoy your life freely. You are now Hindu.

you are valid. your marriage is valid. And you are rightly a Hindu.However for certification you can approach Arya Samaj.All born in India were initially Sanatanees called Hindu by MUGHAL EMPERORS.
So there is nothing bad to come back home.
