Cruelty

Dear Sirs,
My wife is very cruel. I waited long time before I filed divorce. Now it is on W.S. stage. My very very old mother takes her side and says I have beaten her and my mother too. No evidence by way of medical check or first aid through police. My mother is destructive in nature and also bedridden. She is bothered more about her own care which as a woman my wife does a little though mother pays for her own day time nurse.My mother also used to say my elder sister used to beat her?? I have those written statements from her 5 years ago. She does not have a healthy mind.
How should this matter be taken up in court???

There is no requirement of the evidence of your mother in the case and let your wife file her written statement and then lead your evidence as per contents of your petition.

what is your mother age? is she mentally sound?

why is sit that both your wife and mother say that you have beaten them ?

if your own mother is taking your wife side it would be difficult for you to win the case unless you are able to prove that your mother is mentally un sound .

Just fight the case on its merit.
It is needless to state regarding your mother before the court unless it is asked for.

Take care of your case in court without any story related to your mother and do not discuss case development with mother.
