Cash back policy

we wanted to take cash back policy & were obliged by two persons from a renoened company. But actual policy given did not have cash back provision. i complained to the company. they feel sorry for the incidence. they are ready to return my money. (Rs 40000=00 - 20k for each). but i want comansation for the loss and insecurity we faced.

accept your principal amount . request for some compensation . if company dosent give any compensation forget it .

otherwise you will spend more money on legal expenses than on recovery of compensation
