what happens in review petition on listing date.After listing how many days approximately supereme court takes to decide review petition.CAN review petition be decided without listing.

Such petition is heard only if it is listing for hearing and it depends upon the business of the Hon'ble Supreme Court on the day to hear it or adjourn it for next time. Without listing hearing is not possible.

Mr. Sanjeev, there is no provision for review of Supreme Court Judgement under the constitutuion of India, However supreme Court formulated its orders to regulate its business, wherein Supreme Court can take up its decesion in review, but hearig does take place in the open court rather it is decided through chamber circulation. After chamber circulation, if court find any merit will take up for hearing. Please note review petition is dhoka. till today .001% cases also not taken up for hearing. all petitions are rejected in steriotype feshion in chamber circulation only.
