Dear Experts
a christian lady got married a Muslim about 20 years back blessed with a girl now she is having 18 years old.after two years of their marriage again that Muslim got married a Muslim woman hiding the first marriage and blessed with two sons. christian lady who is working in a govt.dept.wants to file bigamy case against the man as she came to know recently and also who is not caring her. and she also wants change in the service book as her daughter is the nomoiny for her and entire assets to have in the name of her daughter.kindly advice in this regard in the best interest of her daughter and her future and to take necessary action on her husband for bigamy or any other action.Thank you sirs.

The lady can give whatever she wants to her daughter.'She can lodge complaint u/s 494 IPC in the local PS.

How the marriage was celebrated, under special marriage act or Mohamdon way by converting her to Muslim. A muslim can marry more than once.

The lady can give any of her property to her daughter.

Without knowing the modus operandi of marriage between 'a christian lady got married a Muslim about 20 years back blessed with a girl now she is having 18 years old'
to render opinion on issue of bigamy would be only speculation otherwise lodge complaint u/s 494 IPC in the local Police.

However the christian lady can secure her daughters' interest in every manner she wants.
