Someone told me to file case in District court. But the case is civil case. So I was confused between District court and civil court. There is website of only District court for my district. I was unable to find website of civil court. I also googled this but didn't found any relevant answers. So I asked this question here thinking that this question will be easily answered by the experts here.
And Respected Dr J C Vashista, I have seen sometimes you post rude answers. Others experts posts relevant answers. If you don't want to help, then please don't comment on question. This discouraged us to post any more queries.

What is your case? If it is civil case, what is the valuation of the property involved. Any case is to be filed in the appropriate court having jurisdiction. In the website (e-courts) you can get access to all the courts in the country.

1. Local people typically refer Civil Courts as "district courts", which are NOT referred for Criminal Courts.
