All the partners can sue in one Common name such as under the name and style o firm name. Without human intervention they can't sue. Their PARTNERS LIABILITY Is JOINT AND SEVERAL. so THEY CAN SUE IN ONE COMMON NAME OR FIRM NAME.ONE ACTIVE PARTNER CAN SUE ON BEHALF OF OTHER PARTNERS IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.
