i got married in 2003 and got a son in 2005 in a city of rajasthan.my marriage ceremony took place in another city of rajasthan.my wife left my home with son in 2007 and put false cases against me like 498,d.v.,125 etc.from her parents city where our marriage was occured.now she is living with her parents and i am fighting her false cases.in 2011 i shifted to gujrat.i want to fight against her strongly and i am in need of any cases which can be put from gujrat.i want to feel her harassment of hearings in other state after a long journey to attend our peshi.any smart and cunning lawyer pls suggest any type of cases which can put in gujrat.

If your marriage was solemnized in a city of Gujrat then 498a IPC case trial will be held at Gujrat. Your wife can file a Maintenance Case u/sec.125 Cr.P.C. in any where in India where she is presently residing.
On the other hand if your marriage was solemnized in a city of Rajasthan then you can file a Petition in Supreme Court for transfer your case in Rajasthan.
SEC.177 Cr.P.C.
Ordinary place of inquiry and trial.-
Every offence shall ordinarily be inquired into and tried by a Court within whose local jurisdiction it was committed.

I am afraid you are in the wrong track. Law provides you the ways and means to seek justice, not to take revenge.

yes sir i am taking revenge bcoz when a false women can harass me by putting false cases and court is unable to save my life precious year spending in proceedings then i have to do the same for opponent to come out from false cases via settlement.pls suggest any case which i put at that place where neither marriage occured nor we live together.i am living in gujrat from 2011
