Hi,
The hearing for my petition on Null and Void has started. I have few questions
1) my wife is challenging me that she i cannot prove that she is already married
2) my wife is challenging that she will ruin my life as the court will take years to settle the case
3) my wife is challenging that she will accept divorce as the court will take years to settle the case
under the above condition, i have decided to leave my state and have a living relation with another girl (without marrying her) and attend the court hearings. the girl and her family agreed on this.
can you please tell me what kind of precautions i have to take.
if by chance my wife knows about it what actions she can take..

your wife can sue you for adultery if you have live in relation ships during your married life . similarly the lady can later sue you under DV act and claim right to stay in your house and claim other reliefs

Hi Ajay,
How can she claim right to stay in my house when the case "Null and Void" is proceeding in the court.
I already filed "Null and Void" under the ground of "Either spouse was already married to someone else at the time of the marriage in question".
She cheated me and my family ...She is already married.

Unless declared Void, your marriage is valid, so she is your WIFE..
SHE HAS ALL THE RIGHTS TILL THEN.
YOU ARE UNLIKELY TO PROVE ANYTHING, SO BE VERY CAREFUL..

Until the marriage is sod declared she can claim share or right of residence in your property.

The relationship established with you by your wife suppressing her previous marriage, definitely is also a criminal offence apart from a major fact for declaration of her marriage as null and void.
Better to obtain stay order against such lay to enter in your house and working place pending the petition.
