1)IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STAFF & WORKER UNDER FACTORY ACT??
2) BASIC WAGES OR TOTAL WAGES FOR PAYMENT OF LEAVE UNDER FACTORY ACT

Section 80 – Wage during Leave period factories act does not speak anything upon leave encashment. Section 78-80 speaks about wages during leave period PLS clarify the meaning of it “ worker shall be entitled to wages at a rate equal to the daily average BASIC OR TOTAL WAGES?
