Power of attrney sale

This query is : Resolved
A executes an irrevocable power of attorney in favor of B authorizing him to sell his house for Rs.5 lakh rupees.POA is stamped @ Rs.500/- Sub Registrar insisted A to affix Stamps as required for Sale Deed.A paid the same.But when Sale deed was subsequently presented SR against insisted to furnish the same Stamps as required for Sale Deed.The POA submitted that he has already paid the same duty at the time of registration of POA & he cannot be taxed again.SR kept the matter for argument.
Could you plz cite any law/judgment to assist A in order that he is not taxed twice and the Stamps duty already paid by him in POA is set off or adjusted in Sale Deed registration ?

I am utterly respectful. Am I not ? Kindly read even one word that shows I am disrespectful but since a 'leader' of ur union said "No" all followed.I am seen a number of past questions put by 'anonymous' and very elaborately rather with great discussion replied.Say No ???
Why this this time only ? Is my way of asking is vulgar or prohibited under the rules of lawyersclub ?

No one said that you are disrespectful.

The guidelines is being followed by the like minded person.
We have our own liberty to frame the rules for answering the query. We are not hurting the queriest by cursing them, for not following our rules.
If you follow the rules, we are ready to help you.
You dont have any right to dictate us terms, at the same time, we are not preventing you to seek advise, from any of the other experts, who are not in our like minded team.

My Dear Experts,
What irked you 'Good Bye' or the maxim, 'ignorance is bliss' is not understood by me but what I understood on going through this site is the "Once you people declared to render free legal advice,why should you bother about nomenclature? How do you know that many persons who ask you questions reveal their true identity? Dont you think that people have numeroius IDs & all fictitious?
In this connection may suggest to to pass a resolutrion to delete the name all those 'assuming' the nomenclature of "Expert" whose photographs are not there or who have pasted photos of 'animal or birds or some unknown figures'.Moreover I have notice by studying various replies given by SOME members of YOUR TEAM of experts in such manners which are INSULTING.Besides,in some cases you people pass such unbecoming taunts to each other as if you are not Advising the needy but Arguing to win a case before a Court? Where are your ethic in those cases...?
It makes no difference for me to disclose identity but HOW do I (or for that matter anybody else) can believe that all of you have disclosed your true identity.It is felt in certain circles that 'some' of you only Advertise through this CLUB.
Once you decided to serve the People,why should you thinks whether he is a Hindu,Muslim,Sikh,Issai,Indian, Paki, English,Amercan Bloach or.... ?\
Regarding my exclamation " Woooooooo",Is it humiliating or someone of you have EGO problem though declaring Experts rending gratis service through this CLUB?
