2nd appeal application in rti

Good morning,

My name is Azad and residing in Delhi. I filed an RTI in Delhi Govt. and sought some personal medical information of my wife but they refused to provide me the same, as personal medical information is exempt under RTI Act. Then I filed first appeal and then they called me for hearing and I attended the same and order for the same was also received.

Now I am filing 2nd appeal against the order of FAA but facing some trouble on CIC website. I am not able to understand what should I attach in copy of second appeal in response of First Appellate Authority (FAA) column.

Also provide any any format for 2nd appeal application (if any).

Original application with order and the order passed by FAA.

Personal information such as medical etc is outside the scope of RTI. Why not your wife apply in normal course for records of her medical treatment? She will be entitled to get the same in normal course.

What is the real issue? A husband seeking information as to the personal information about is own wife suggests deeper issues.
