charity commissioner

i am from maharashtra.in my village one iron ore mining is working.mining company chose 4-5 agents to snatch our(farmers)land.they made one trustee by registering through charity commission.they dont have any office,they dont take any meeting,they dont doing yearly audit.i mean they running this trust totally illegal.in addition they doing our lands agreement with mining company.we getting 4500/- per acre per year.we are fighting from last 3 year in the district court of charity commissioner.we have all the evidence against that trustee,then also charity commissioner neglecting.how can we cancel that trust?please guidence me.

Since you have already filed a suit , wait for its disposal. Have patience.

i know sir,but i am keeping patience from last 3 years.and i think for cancelling registration illegal trust 3 month is enough,i got information that commissioners has been fixed.but i couldnt do anything as a commissioner is a lawyer.but you know sir i am new here on this website i logged in today first time and read news in judiciary that supreme court said that commissions is not court.and i came to know that charity commissioner also doing timepass with us.what would like to say?

you can file application in high court for direction on trial court for speedy trial.
The Calcutta HC regualry pases such directions.
