I have given complaint to municipal commissioner he doesn't provide received copy to us. is there any andhra pradesh go for this

There is a procedure to provide receipt against every post bu if not provided, either do demand or send the application through registered post.

Even if you send by Speed Post, it is the evidence that you have posted a cover to the addressee. If you want acknowledgement send it by Regd.with Ack.Due. You will get back the acknowledgement, which is a clear evidence that the addresee received the cover.
The Municipal Commissioner is not supposed to send you or provide you received copy. He is supposed to reply to your complaint. Wait for some time. You may receive reply.
