I need to appeal in Allahabad HC against an order passed by Sessions court related to DV interim maintenance.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 21 August 2014
No appeal lies in HC.
You have to prefer appeal in sessions court u/s 29 of the Act within 30 days from the date of passing of order.

The time taken to get delivery of the certified copy will be added with this 30 days.

Very well advised by experts, I fully agree and appreciate their opinion/advise and nothing more to add.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 25 August 2014
It is a revision against the said order granting interim maintenance, hence it should be preferred within 30 days from the date of order. The time taken or getting the certified copies can be excluded while computing the time for preferring the revision.
