Hi All,
I have complaint against hero dealer who are making fool to the customer but my FIR is not been registered.
Now Hero Dealer have register a FIR against me IPC 384,385,386,387.
IN whaich they have said i have called them on 12 sep 2015 @ 6.0 Clock and threating them and asking for extortion .
However i have not phoned them and i have shared my phone detail with the police too before filing the FIR.
Please suggest me to how to get stay on arrest or quashed this FIR.

What is the status on your complaint? If no FIR is registered then file an application u/s 156(3) crpc.
Without knowing the content of their FIR no advice can be given on the merit of quashing but there should not be any problem for you to get bail in such case.

Are you sure that your own lawyer won't tell you how he would work to get you anticipatory bail or get your FIR quashed?

Hi,
FIR has been registered against me and my father ,I had a word with 2 lawyers one is saying to get stay on arrest and second one is saying to quashed the FIR, I have no idea what to do and how to do that's why i am looking for a advice. Kindly advise in detail,
One more question if police arrest me then they will sent me to jail or they do inquiry and relieve me after inquiry.
IN case they arrest me then what is the procedure for getting bail.

Hire that lawyer, who can do both the jobs one after the other, provided you are able to present strong evidence in your favour and against the charge.
Otherwise, it is not understood, how you expect anybody to advice you when you have not discussed the contents of the FIR charging you for grievous offences, present status of the case, the status of your own complaint even on asking by Shri Devjyoti Barman, earlier than my query?

Now after police FR , hero dealer file protest, I thought after FR case is closed, but suddenly police came to my home with NBW under section 386, I never get any summon or notice , so I did not appear ever, now when police came to my home I got to know that after summon , court issue bailable warrant and now NBW, I have hire lawyer in high court for proceeding stay but my lawyer either delaying or making me fool and asking to keep wait from last one month, please let me know how much time will take to get proceeding stay, I have applied in Allahabad High court
