(Querist) 26 September 2016 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

I have filed RTI application by asking funds released by state and central govt,.and expenses incured by panchayat from April,2013 to June,2016 on 28th July,2016. But I did not receive any information from PIO as on date.

Hence i have filed first appeal to the collectrate concerned. If the first appelate also may not respond on my application, where can i file a case and how to go ahead to get the info? Please advice.

You may appeal to SIC, if first appellate authority fails to give you satisfactory information.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 11 October 2016
If reply not received in specified time, may submit second appeal.
Ksreddyacs (Querist) 12 October 2016
Even if I filed second appeal also, if they not respond to my appeal, How can i get the information?

Should i file a civil suit on Panchayat Surpunch?

Please guide me. I am thinking that there is chance that the surpunch may influenced by giving some money for not providing any information..

Request you to guide me to get/file civil suit on him.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 12 October 2016
Civil suit is more time and cost consuming.

Due to pending second appeals, CIC (Central Information Commissioner) is taking 12 to 18 months in disposing second appeal. Not aware whether RTI pertains to which department and state hence and pending position of second appeal in your state can not be advised.
