we have two kids, will they can any benefit of reservation?

Will she require caste certificate issued in Delhi? or she can apply for job in delhi and attach UP caste certificate?

She after marrying a Christian is no longer hindu. Caste system is a peculiarity of hindu religion. Christians have no schedule caste. She as well as your children are Christians and can not have benifit of reservation.

Not able to agree with Mr Rajeev Sharma, based on present facts given by author.

Marriage outside religion does not change the religion.

the cast reservation is neither acquitted nor lost by marriage.

It is acquired only by birth in a family which is SC/ST/OBC.

It is lost only by conversion to a religion other than Hindu Sikhism. Buddhism.

she continues to be SC unless she converted

querist did not say that his wife converted.

if she has converted then view of Mr Rajeev Sharma are endorsed.

In case she has not converted the marriage will be legal only if conducted under Spl Marriage Act. Irrespective of legality of the marriage she is Hindu as long as not conereted. In such case I stick to my views.
