THEE IS NOTHING LIKE LETTER OF LAST EMPLOYER FOR CLAIMING PF AND PF IS NOT DEPENDENT UPON THE CLEARANCE.

IF YOU HAVE TO WITHDRAW THE EMPLOYER HAS TO ATTEST THE CLAIM.

YOU CAN GET IT TRANSFERRED TO NEW ACCOUNT IRRESPECTIVE OF SIGNATURE BY OLD EMPLOYER.

Getting your PF is matter of right which has no connection with the clearance letter.

Deposits of EPF are your own saving and employer has no control upon that amount. You can definitely withdraw that amount even though no clearance qua other issues has been provided by your employer.

No letter of your previous employer is needed to withdraw your PF amount.

You mean to say that your previous employer is not giving the details of PF remittance to you?, you can apply for withdrawal of PF accumulation in your account by quoting the PF number directly from RPF office.
