Sir,

Problem is that here in my native town one family claiming that some Horror power has been doing some activities in their family and they spreading that rumor by various ways. They claiming that some unknown power throwing stones in their house and broken all the glass of window and some lighting fire in their house. They also clamming that house hold articles of their house automatically displaces from one place to another. Local people of the area filed various petition before the district administration but no any fruitful result take place. Due to that reason women an children have been passing their life under fear. But actual fact is that members of that family have been doing that type of activities for the purpose of grave o plot of land of the neibour. Surprisingly police administration has also not taking any action against them for the reason best known to them. Rather police advised them to take help of priest.
So, some people of that area intend to file case against them. Secret Video clips are in their hand that a maid servant and daughter in law of that house have been doing all that acts.
So, please suggest under what provision of law we can file case against that family.

People of that area have filed various complaint before the District Magistrate. The District Magistrate forwarded that complaint to the Superintendent of Police but S.P has not taken any action till date.
So, people becomes frustrated and seeking relief from judiciary. Kindly advice me under which Act. or penal section we can file a complain case before the C.J.M.

Sir, is there any anti superstition Act in India ?

You can approach the Court and get appropriate directions issued to the DM/SP.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 05 July 2015
now you have come with the facts of the case.

attacking your house is in itself a criminal act. Your post does not indicate whether the identity of the offender, mode of crime, time or crime is described in your complaint or not.

Now for spreading rumors.

DO you have any person who is willing to come to the court that he has heard a third person alleging witchcraft against your family?
Taslim - Ul Hoque (Querist) 09 July 2015
Sir,
Actully they have not attacking others house.
They have have doing all the activities in their house but spearding rumor that some invisible powers doing that.
Some people recorded video by spy cam where it is clear that their family members are involving there. But they forcefully denied that.
Administration also not helping the local people.
Women and children are living under fear.
Thats the problem.
Some time they threw stone to the Women and children unknowongly from the behind and stated that some invisible power throwing that stone.

Your query continues to be as vague as possible you can make it.

If you do not have any witness to testify that some false propegenda has been heard /recorded by him/her, the forget about defamation case.

Now you are saying that you r house is not attached. SO you have no case.
