Dear Sir, I am residents in pagdi room this room are name in mother rent receipt & she is dead in 2000 year that time & sinec iam brith dt time & now current time I am residents in room now that this bulding in poor cantion I am regular paying rent to landlords by chq. My quer are. If this bulding are colpues then in futher I got my mother room ? .

If building collapses, if the owner agrees to build a room and give you, that is okay. But generally no owner will be that generous. Hence in such circumstances you will have to search for alternative accommodation.

first get rent receipt transferred in your name . if building is in poor condition on redevelopment you will get room . the landlord must deliberately not be carrying out repairs to force tenants to move out . it is better all tenants get together and carry out repairs to building

Thanks to all exp. adv. give me. my query are agn.my mother room in no any rights me in law ? & dear sir ajay sethiji all tenants are ready tp repairs the building own expenses. but landlord are not given the permission or n.o.c. & b.m.c are give notice under sec.353 building structural audit with b.m.c.penal auditor.if audit report in not OK . that time b.m.c. are demolies the building that time what i do ? in rental law no any help me ? i am residing last 44 years from. plz give me ur valubal adv.
