I took loan from nbfc on June 2013
After that on 2014 award was passed
And I have challenge that award in session court.
Now new rules of nbfc has come that nbfc can also go in dry or surfaesi act
And now nbfc has issued 13(2 on August 2016
Can they put an another same case in drt when award is passed and challenged
And also three years have passed of loan default whether it is time barred
