SIR, IAM SANDEEP KUMAR AND IAM EMGINEERING STUDENT AND LAST YEAR 19 MAY I MARRIED A POLICE CONSTABLE POOJA SHARMA..BEFORE MARRIAGE SHE IS SOO HAPPY FOR OUR RELATION BUT SUDDENLY CHANGE EVERYTHING NATURE CHARACTER AND FINALLY SHE IS NOT INTERESTED ME AND MY FAMILY AFTER MARRIAGE...

AND 06 - FEB SHE IS FILE F.I.R AGAINST ME AND MY FAMILY 498A-34 IPC .....

SO PLEASE GIVE ME A WAY HOW TO SAFE ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS.FOR THIS CASE.

Sin e case is already started you have to take bail and then fight the case on merit.
In 498A cases getting bail is no more difficult.

it is funny that you had a marriage before you start earning.

you have not said why she started disliking you all so suddenly.

If she ( govt employed )is insitting on living separately with her unemployed husband then it is clear that problem is not with you rather with your family.

Naturally she being woman has to be proved wrong.

Think where you are wrong and where your family is wrong.

Try to have amicable settlement with the help of relatives.

Take bail in the present case and proceed on merits.
