Hello seniors .can anybody tell me phone number of any person who can translate Modi language in to english languages. I am from thane district. If anyone pls tell me??

Modi is not a language, but a script. Years back, official records in Marathi used to be maintained in Modi script.

There are experts available in Pune. You may contact the universities/institutions there, esp. Bhandarkar Institute. Bombay High Court, too, has the facility. but it involves much procedure and time consuming.

Although the Modi was Primarily Used to write Marathi Other Languages such as urudu,Kannada,gujarati,hindi and tamil also known to have been written in Modi.The Name Modi perhaps derives from Marathi verb modaine which means to bend or break.Modi is also belived to be derived from broken Devanagari characters which lends support to the particular etymology.
