Misuse of letterhead and symbols of trade union

Respected all, i just want to know that misuse of letterhead and symbol of trade union covers under which law? and please tell me the sections of IPC which is applicable in the case of misuse of letterhead.

Respected all, this is not an academic query my father is a trade union president in rajasthan and a ex member of trade union misuse their name and letterhead. so i want to know that FIR made in which section to make a case strong.

If it is not an academic query in what way you are concerned with the misuse of letterhead and symbol by your father and why and in what capacity you want to file an FIR against your own father?

Moreover, to quote section is not your headache. That is the job of the police to indentify under which section your father can be booked.
