Living will

I would like make a Living Will - will you advise me please, who would do it and where.

I have seen my very own family members, many of them suffer from cancer and my father died after a few years of Alzheimer's disease. I have seen a strong willed, upright person slowly loose his focus, mind and finally dignity.

I need to protect my dignity in death while I am in complete control of my senses and physically fit.

SIGN IN PR OF TWO WITNESS ANS A DOCTOR CERTIFY UR HEALTH

In the will you have to give completed description (with religion) of you and of beneficiaries (with religion and your relationship). You have to clearly describe the date and the respective share (and full description description)property to be distributed and conditions., if any to be performed by beneficiaries.

You can write in simple language mentioning basic ingredients of will. It is advisable to take help of some lawyer to avoid any future dispute after you.
